This backstep renovation product was done using Sikken’s Proluxe’s solid stain. The project at hand was an old set of stairs with an old and damaged finished. They first start the project by sanding and stripping the old paint off from the stairs using a heat gun and scraper technique. To fill in the big gaps, they used an exterior wood filler. After the wood filler dried, it was time to paint using the ProLuxe paint, it went on great. More than one coat was applied, and overall, the project came out great. It even stood up to harsh weather!
