We always like to support our community and so are pleased to be a Signature Sponsor for the Eight Annual Jamestown Pig Pickin’ to be held August 5, 2017 from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm, at the Adams Leigh Estate in Sedgefield. The theme this year is Swine & Shakespeare, A Pigsummer Night’s Dream.
The food, as you might expect from the event name, will be awesome – barbecue pork and chicken, with southern sides and desserts. Beer and wine will be available and music will be provided by The Castaways. There will also be a silent auction, and you can use your mobile phone to bid.
A shuttle service will run from Jamestown United Methodist Church and Sedgefield Presbyterian Church to the event – there is no parking on Alamance Road.
All proceeds will benefit Family Service of the Piedmont, whose focus is building safe and healthy families by addressing issues of domestic violence, child abuse, mental health, and financial stability.
